Harlem Lacrosse has provided school and sport programs for underserved youth across America for 10 years, and with their anniversary celebration at New York’s Chelsea Piers, they took the opportunity to honor their work and raise funds for the future. The event needed to feel larger than life to showcase the commitment to social change and the growing impact the non-profit has on the lives of America’s youth.
Distill & create
Bluewave crafted the event from top to bottom, mapping out attendees’ experience from the first save the date to the last dance of the night. After designing the 10-year logo, we created and executed a campaign to drive attendance and build excitement through emails and social posts. On the big day, we served up a selection of in-room, large-scale banners to brand out the Lighthouse space, along with swag designs, a printed program, the event presentation visuals and music, and even coasters to allow attendees to donate via a QR code.
Our team of on-site professionals then helped set up, manage and execute one of Harlem Lacrosse’s biggest events with great success.
